Foolhardi Wear is in constant communications with the manufacturers to keep our inventory updated to accurately reflect available the styles, sizes and colors currently offered. If an item is on back order or has become unavailable for any reason, we promptly notify our customers via email.
Our $5.00 shipping rate is via UPS Ground which is an estimated 1-6 Business Days in transit depending on your proximity to our warehouse and office in Sacramento, CA. That's only $5.00 per order whether your buy 1 or 100 items. We offer Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $75.00.
APO and FPO Military orders ship via the USPS Priority Mail for $13.00. We are unable to track these shipments and are not responsible for any delays or lost goods. Please allow up to an additional 3 Business Days for these orders to process before shipping.
**RETURNED ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING. $5.00 IN SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND TOTAL ON RETURNED ORDERS ($13 for APO and FPO Military orders)**
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns and exchanges as long as the items are in new, original, unused/worn condition with tags attached, and returned to us within 30 Days of our delivery to you.
**There are No returns or exchanges on Womens Swimwear items, Sunglasses, Closeout items, Stickers or International Orders.**
Do not use the actual manufacturer's shoe box as shipping box to send them back to us. The Return/Exchange will not be accepted.
Please include your receipt with a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
* The most secure and fastest way to complete an exchange is by placing a new order online through our website. Then simply return the original order to us for a refund. We strongly recommend this method. *
